CD777 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations consistent with the operator's licensing requirements. You may be required to complete identity verification at any stage of account registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time during your account lifecycle.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your identity, completion of any active bonus wagering requirements and compliance with the operator's AML procedures. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits will be detailed in each promotional offer's terms.
CD777 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players, and the use of automated wagering software. CD777 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reclaim bonus-derived winnings and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

CD777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, to the extent such limitation is permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
CD777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player subject to applicable verification and AML procedures. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at the email address listed in Section 17. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the operator's responsible gambling policy.
CD777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
